We want you to love your RAG & BONE purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
How to Return or Exchange
- Start Your Return Online
Visit randandbone.com to initiate your return or exchange. You’ll need your order number and email address. - Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging, including all tags and labels. - Ship Your Return
Once your return is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Return Policy Details
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Final sale items, including masks, accessories, and marked-down merchandise, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If your desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
International Returns
- International orders are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
